The annual graduation exhibit for the Umeå Institute of Design began last week. With just nine automotive students amongst those receiving honors, the concise yet elaborate degree show was unequivocally Scandinavian. Marking the show's opening, the two-day event featured a presentation by Richard Seymour (of Seymour Powell), student presentations, copious amounts of local cuisine, and a break-dancing interlude.
Volkswagen announced that pricing for its 2013 CC sedan will begin at $31,070. That's about two grand more than the 2012 model. For 2013, the coupe-look sedan will offer six trim lines: two sport, two luxury, an R-Line and the 4Motion Executive.
Renault's added the new Megane Renaultsport N4 to its current rally range. The N4 draws on a group of heritage Renaults stretching over a quarter of a century - including the 5 GT Turbo, R11 Turbo, R21 Turbo, R19 16V, Clio Williams and Clio Renaultsport.
